PLEASE READ TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS YOUR 30% BOOKING RETAINER IS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU ACCEPT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OUTLINED BELOW:Booking Terms and Conditions1.1  For the purpose of these Booking Terms and Conditions, we, us, our and stylist/s refer to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry and our contracted stylists who are providing either hair and/or makeup services. Client, you and your refers to the person named in the booking form under the heading ‘Name of Bride”1.2  Once the booking retainer is received by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry, it constitutes a binding contract between the client (you) and Iana Maree Makeup Artistry and/or our contracted stylists.1.3  Payment of the booking retainer is confirmation that you fully agree and abide by these Terms and Conditions which were agreed by the client when submitting the online booking form and sent in full again with booking invoice. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and will notify you, the client, of any changes in writing.

0  BOOKING RETAINER 2.1  Bookings are NOT secure and date is not reserved until a booking retainer has been received by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry as clear funds.2.2  A 30% non refundable booking retainer is required to secure your booking date. 2.3  Booking Retainer Payments are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance unless outlined in 4.0.

0  PAYMENTS3.1  Payment in full, less the booking retainer already paid, is payable directly to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry either via EFTPOS, online payment processor or electronic bank transfer to Iana Maree Makeup Artistrys nominated bank account as cleared funds 14 days prior to the event date.3.2  In the event final payment has not been received in full at the time of the event, a ‘Late Payment Fee’ will be charged at a rate of 5% of the total cost of the invoice and Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel the booking if full payment has not received prior to the event date without refund of any payments made.3.3 You the client are responsible to ensure all monies owed are paid in full when due.

0   CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES TO BOOKINGS/POSTPONEMENTS4.1  Cancellations more than 6 months (182+ days) before booking date: 50% of payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry are refundable. Or, all payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry can be transferred to another date within 12 months of the original booking date, however the booking is subject to pricing increases and pricing structure at the time of the postponement. If transferred booking date is more than 6 months from original booking date, a transfer fee of $200 will apply and general price/person increases may apply.4.2  Cancellations 6 months (181- days) or less before booking date: All payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry are not refundable or transferrable under any circumstance. 4.4  In instances where part of the booking is cancelled or changed 90 days (3 months) or less before booking date, there are no refunds under any circumstance, however you can transfer the service to another person at the same location for the original booking day only and is not redeemable or carried over to an alternative date or event.4.5  In the unlikely event that Iana Maree Makeup Artistry is forced to cancel your booking due to extreme sickness, family emergency and/or other extenuating circumstance, and we do not have another stylist available to cover your event, all monies paid by you up to that point will be fully refunded. While Iana Mare Makeup Artistry will endeavour to arrange and/or recommend suitable replacements, we will not be held liable for any additional costs incurred by you due to the cancellation including but not limited to additional costs to book another company as a replacement.

0  TRAVEL & PARKING5.1  Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will travel free of charge within the normal travel range of 30km from Bribie Island. Travel fees are applicable per artist booked for all other areas outside this 30km radius and if Iana Maree Makeup Artistry is required to travel on roads incurring Toll costs, these will be added to your additional travel fee. Please contact us for travel costs prior to booking.5.2  If Iana Maree Makeup Artistry is required to travel to international, interstate and or island wedding locations requiring air and/or boat travel, the client is responsible for all travel and expense costs including, flights, accommodation, airport to venue transfers, boat flyers, meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner while on location and any other fees and/or expenses required for Iana Maree Makeup Artistry to attend your wedding location as your Hair and/or Makeup Artist. 5.3  For bookings outside Iana Maree Makeup Artistry’s included travel radius, a minimum of 6 clients per booking + travel and all relative fees apply. 5.4  For bookings where parking is restricted and/or requires parking fees, the client is responsible to either arrange parking at the event location at cost to the client or pay the full parking fee of the next closest parking facility to the venue.5.5 Parking must be available within or directly in front of he location no more than 25 meters from the entry of the location. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel without notice if appropriate parking within the immediate vicinity is not provided. 

0  ADDITIONAL CHARGES6.1  Bookings dates on Public Holidays AND their associated weekends, may incur a Public Holiday fee. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry does not take bookings for Christmas Day or New Years Day.

0  WORKING CONDITIONS7.1  You the client will provide a suitable, sanitary working area for Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artists within an open, natural light filled area with sufficient airflow and/or air-conditioning, opening windows or fan. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time if the area provided is not sanitary, is dangerous or unsuitable for a safe and healthy working area.7.2 You the client will ensure suitable table, bench, working area for Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artists to work.7.3 Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artists will not tolerate any abuse by you the client, any of their friends, family or guests whether that person is part of the booking or not. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time without explanation if any artists feel threatened or are subjected to abuse of any kind. The client accepts the terms that Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will not refund any payment if service is refused due to abuse or negative treatment of the artists.7.4 In the event a client has head lice, living, dead or eggs, Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to refuse service. You the client take all responsibility to ensure all clients within the booking are free of all headlice prior to the booking date and accept the terms that Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will not refund any payment if service is refused due to the presence of head lice. 

0  LIABILITYWhen booking Iana Maree Makeup Artistry you are doing so at your own risk. By paying the Booking Retainer and agreeing to the terms in this contract, you agree that Iana Maree Makeup Artistry cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage incurred either directly or indirectly from booking us for your event. This includes but is not limited to *Accidental damage to property including but not limited to property belonging to the client, any of their friends, family or guests whether that person is part of the booking or not, property belonging to the location that the booking is taking place at. *Accidental injury to persons including but not limited to, injury resulting from the use of tools and equipment required for the booking, injury to the client, any of their friends, family or guests whether that person is part of the booking or not, and any other person at the location that the booking is taking place at. *Any other loss or damage incurred by circumstances outside of Iana Maree Makeup Artistry’s control. It is the clients responsibility to inform the stylist of any potential issues that could arise from current or previous allergies or known reactions to products or ingredients.

0  FORCED MAJEURETHESE TERMS ARE ONLY APPLICABLE TO WEDDINGS DIRECTLY EFFECTED BY FORCED MAJEURE – ALL OTHER TERMS APPLY*Accepted Conditions for postponed weddings are only if enforced government restrictions has forced your wedding to be postponed, forced majeure, unforeseen extreme mother nature event or specific government enforced restrictions to beauty services preventing Iana Maree Makeup Artistry from performing services. If you postpone by your own preference, illness, death or non forced majeure applicable events, standard terms and conditions outlined above apply.9.1 In the event your wedding is forced to be postponed directly due to Forced Majeure (*conditions apply), Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will transfer your booking retainer to another date within 12 months of the original booked date. If you choose to cancel your wedding and not postpone or no longer use Iana Maree Makeup Artistry, standard cancellation terms outlined in 4.1 and 4.2 apply. If you choose to move the location of your wedding to more than 50kms away from Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Base, Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund or charge the applicable travel, tolls and accommodation fees. If your wedding postpone date is more than 12 months from the original booked date, Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to cancel the booking without refund and if you choose to use Iana Maree Makeup Artistry for your wedding in the future, you will need to pay a new booking retainer as per a new booking.9.2 In the event your wedding is forced to postpone directly due to Forced Majeure (*conditions apply), and Iana Maree Makeup Artistry is not available for your transferred date, a refund of your booking retainer and all associated payments will apply (*conditions apply).9.3 Retainer and all payments transferred to postponed (new) dates are NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. Standard cancellation terms do not apply to bookings once the event date has been postponed to an alternate date. Any and all payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry are only redeemable for hair and makeup services on the new/postponed event date. Refunds or credits of any kind are not applicable after the event date is postponed and transferred from the original booked date.9.4 Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will retain the booked pricing per person for 1 (one) postponed event date change. If the event is postponed more than once due to forced majeure again, the booking is subject to pricing increases and pricing structure at the time of the subsequent postponement.9.5 If you choose to cancel the event after the event has been postponed and transferred to an alternate date due to forced majeure, you forfeit any and all payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry.

0  ADVERTISING/IMAGES/SOCIAL MEDIA/PROMOTION10.1  The client and all associated persons serviced by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry within the booking agree and consent that all images and footage taken during the booking by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry and/or our contracted stylists is permitted to be used for social media and any and all promotional purposes by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry.10.2  If the client supplies Iana Maree Makeup Artistry with any professional or other images, the client consents to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry using the images for any and all promotional purposes of Iana Maree Makeup Artistry.

0  CLIENT SERVICE CONDITIONS11.1  The client MUST consent to a contactless body temperature check before service commences.11.2  The client MUST sanitise hands with provided hand sanitiser before engaging in the artists working area.11.3  The client MUST not bring drinks, phones or any other item/s within the artist/s 4m² working area unless agreed by the artist/s prior.11.4  The client MUST NOT touch the artist/s, their tools, items or equipment under any circumstance unless directed by the artist/s.11.5  The client MUST NOT touch or physically interact with any other person/s other than Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s while they are being serviced within the artists 4m² working area.11.6  If asked, the client MUST disclose to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s of any travel taken outside Australia within the last 14 days.11.7  The client MUST disclose to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s if been in contact with anyone who has tested positive to COVID-19 in the last 7 days.11.8  The client MUST disclose to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s if presented with any flu like symptoms, sore throat, cough, fever or shortness of breath within the last 48 hours.11.9  Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to any and all clients who refuse to adhere to the above mandatory conditions of service. A refund is not applicable under any circumstance if service is refused due to breach of the conditions of service or Iana Maree Makeup Artistry feels at risk of infection.11.10  In the event a client/s is tested to have a temperature over 38°C, Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to refuse service to that client. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will request the client recording a high temperature of over 38°C to be removed from the room/area away from Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Artist/s to avoid any possible contamination and spread of potential infection.

0  ARTIST/S WORKING AREA/CONDITIONS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING12.1  Clients, any of their friends, family or guests whether that person is part of the service or not, MUST not come within 1.5 meters of Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Artist/s and the client they are servicing unless invited by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Artist/s. A 4m² area MUST be maintained from Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Artist/s and the clients they are servicing AT ALL TIMES. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to terminate the service at any time if these social distancing parameters are breached and/or if the artist/s feels at risk of infection due to unacceptable social distancing behaviour.12.2  There cannot be any more than 10 people (including Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s) in the area at a time and a social distanced area of at least 4m² per artist MUST be available. If the working area is only big enough for Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s and the serviced client/s, all other people must be removed from the room. If a suitable working area is not provided and or there are too many people within the room, Iana Maree Makeup Artistry reserves the right to terminate the booking at any time if these government legislated parameters are breached and/or if the artist/s feels at risk of infection due to unacceptable room capacity breaches.

0  COVID-19 WAIVER/LIABILITYWhen choosing to commence hair or makeup services by Iana Maree Makeup Artistry, you are doing so at your own risk. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of service, you agree that Iana Maree Makeup Artistry cannot be held accountable for any infection or contamination relating to infectious disease either directly or indirectly from being serviced by us. This includes but is not limited to *Accidental injury by contamination of infectious disease to persons including but not limited to, injury resulting from the use of tools and equipment required for the service, injury to the client, any of their friends, family or guests whether that person is part of the booking or not, and any other person at the location that the booking is taking place at. *Any other illness or infection incurred by circumstances outside of Iana Maree Makeup Artistry’s control. It is the clients responsibility to disclose and inform the stylist/s if you have presented with any flu like symptoms, sore throat, cough, fever or shortness of breath in the last 48 hours or of any potential illnesses which could affect the health of the artist/s and or contaminate their equipment. Iana Maree Makeup Artistry Artist/s will take all possible precautions and uphold a strict and stringent hygiene procedure as per the State Government required COVID-19 Safe Plan to avoid and limit contamination and spread of infection. While all care is taken, no responsibility is accepted.

9.4 Iana Maree Makeup Artistry will retain the booked pricing per person for 1 (one) postponed event date change. If the event is postponed more than once due to forced majeure again, the booking is subject to pricing increases and pricing structure at the time of the subsequent postponement.

9.5 If you choose to cancel the event after the event has been postponed and transferred to an alternate date due to forced majeure, you forfeit any and all payments made to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry.

10.0 ADVERTISING/IMAGES/SOCIAL MEDIA/PROMOTION

10.2 If the client supplies Iana Maree Makeup Artistry with any professional or other images, the client consents to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry using the images for any and all promotional purposes of Iana Maree Makeup Artistry.

11.0 CLIENT SERVICE CONDITIONS

11.8 The client MUST disclose to Iana Maree Makeup Artistry artist/s if presented with any flu like symptoms, sore throat, cough, fever or shortness of breath within the last 48 hours.

12.0 ARTIST/S WORKING AREA/CONDITIONS FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING
